Send your hire request through VerifiedNG before sharing personal contact details. This keeps a record of all communications and helps us protect you.
Read customer reviews carefully. Pay attention to how the provider handles criticism and whether they have consistent, recent reviews from verified customers.
Always agree on a clear price before work starts. Get the quote in writing — even a WhatsApp message is enough. Avoid providers who refuse to give a quote upfront.
For your first meeting with a new provider, consider meeting in a public place or having someone else present — especially for home visits.
If a provider asks for large upfront payments, behaves suspiciously, or does not match their profile description — report them to us immediately. Do not proceed with the job.
All VerifiedNG providers have been vouched for by their community. You can still ask to see their ID or call their community voucher if you have any doubts.
VerifiedNG will never ask you to pay money directly to our team or transfer funds to any VerifiedNG account. All payments are made directly between customer and provider. If anyone contacts you claiming to be from VerifiedNG and asking for payment — it is a scam.
